BROWN, William Foster – entered into rest peacefully at QH-Belleville General Hospital on Monday, November 25th, 2024, at the age of 91. Dear son of the late William Hewitson Brown & the late Nora Jane Brown (nee Foster). Loving husband of Eula Grace Fenton-Brown (nee Cole). Predeceased by his beloved first wife Agnes Clara May Brown (nee Ellis). Cherished father of Debra (Randy) Simpson, Carol (Greg) Guthrie, Susan Crossen (deceased) (Lyle Crossen surviving), Tammy (Goldie) Oliver, Tracey Johnston (Laura) and Julia (Scott) Leeman. Lovingly remembered by his 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Wayne Brown (late wife Irene), and sister Joan Marineau (late husband Edward). Visitation will be held at Steele Funeral Home, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville, on Thursday, November 28th, 2024, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel of Steele Funeral Home, on Friday, November 29th, 2024, at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery. If desired, donations in memory of William may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or to a charity of your choice.
