Theresa “Bernadette” Hazelton…passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at the age of 62 years. Daughter of the late Hilda & Louis Hazelton. Bernadette is predeceased by her spouse Don O’Hara. She is the loving mother of Archie (Nadine), Frankie, Matthew and Ashley (Corey) and grandmother to many grandchildren. She is survived by her siblings; Louie, Mary, Joanne, Gina (RJ), Billy (Kim), Jackie (Marie), Stephen (Shelley) and Timmy (Angie) and her many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a visitation will be held at Weaver – East, 29 Bay St., Trenton on Thursday March 7th, 2024 from 2-4pm. If desired, memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences at www.weaverfuneralhomes.com
