Ruth Nodtvedt, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away suddenly on October 11, 2024. Predeceased by her husband, Thor Nodtvedt, Ruth is survived by her son Jason (Amanda) and their two children, Thomas and Logan. Ruth dedicated her career to the Belleville Access Centre as a supervisor where she touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion. Ruth was known for her sweet and loving nature, always bringing warmth and joy to those around her. She had a passion for playing bridge, often gathering with friends for games. Ruth will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at Steele Funeral Home, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273), on Friday October 25th, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
