Blakely, Randy… Peacefully passed away at the Hospice Quinte on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at the age of 67 years. Beloved husband to Cheryl (nee Sager) for over 46 years. Proud father of Benjamin Blakely (Krista Blakely) of Burlington, ON; Justin Blakely (Heather Blakely) of Odessa, ON; Luke Blakely (Breeann Blakely) of Stirling, ON.
Dear grandfather to Spencer and Carson Blakely, Kostin and Kane Blakely, Claire and Warren Blakely. Brother to John Blakely (Donna Sambey) of Wooler. Randy is predeceased by his parents John & Lucille Blakely. Randy was a retired O.P.P. Sergeant serving more than 32 years. Lifetime resident of Trenton/Glen Miller where he grew up and also raised his family. He will be truly missed by many extended family and numerous friends. The family will receive friends at the Weaver Family Funeral Home – East, 29 Bay Street, Trenton on Monday, July 15, 2024 from 11-2 pm with funeral ceremony to follow at 2:00 pm. Rev. Brad Beale officiating. Interment at Whites Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice Quinte would be appreciated by the family.
