Passed away peacefully at his home in Stirling, on April 1, 2021, at age 86.

Son of the late Ernest and Alice (McInnes) Munro. Beloved husband of 65+ years of Ruth (Donnan) Munro. Proud father of Janet Munro of Belleville, Paul (Pamela) Munro, and Joanne Munro (Frank Keller), both of Stirling. Loved by grandsons Adam (Jennifer) and Ryan Munro, Zackary and Nickolas (Brittany) Bronson. Fondly remembered by great-grandchildren Jackson, Lucas, Nathan, Sunnie, Harper, Leighton, Jameson and Reece. Dear brother of Joan Renwick (late Roy) of Rexdale ON. Predeceased by siblings John (Annis) Munro, Jean (George) Duffin, Olive (Don) Langille, and Erna Giegerich.

Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place at a later date. If dedired, donations to Heart of Hastings Hospice in Madoc ON, St Paul’s United Church, Stirling ON, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
