Lampkie, Mechelle (nee Kulker) drifted away peacefully and left us too soon surrounded by her beloved family at the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice in Kanata on November 7, 2024, at the age of 34 years.
Beloved wife of Kent Lampkie. Mechelle will be missed by her parents Rick & Kathy Kulker. Loving sister to Derek Kulker (Maggie). She will be greatly missed by her Grandma (Amelie) Kulker, Grandpa (Gerrit) DeBruyn (Beth), Aunt Yvonne (Joe) Kulker-Borges & cousin Eric Hulst, Uncle Ron (Suzie) Kulker & cousins Lucca, Maya & Kaise, Uncle Ed (DeBruyn), Aunt Melanie (Tony) Genereaux and cousins Megan & Sarah and the entire extended family. Predeceased by Grandpa Kulker (Keith) and Grandma DeBruyn (Ineke). She will always be remembered by her in-laws Brian (Wendy) Lampkie, and brother in-law Randy (Tripti) and the entire extended family. Mechelle taught in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and will be greatly missed by her teaching community and friends. She graduated from Ottawa University, Carleton University and St. Lawrence College. Mechelle touched so many lives with her infectious smile, her laughter and beauty inside and out. She was selfless, compassionate, empathetic and deeply determined throughout her life. Her loyal and unwavering love for her family and friends will always be remembered. She will be in all our hearts forever.

Family & friends are invited to a Celebration of Mechelle’s Life at the Trent Port Marina, 15 Creswell Drive, Trenton, Ontario, K8V 6X5 – Monday November 18th from 12:30pm – 4:00pm. A time of sharing and memories will begin at 2:00pm.
