Secord, Maureen Elsie (nee Pearson) passed peacefully at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa in her 86th year. Maureen is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Harvey Secord. Cherished mother of son Gregory and wife Cindy, daughter Charlene, son David and wife Krista as well as son Christopher. She will be sadly missed by her grand children Logan, Spencer, Sydnee, Samantha, Carter, Emma and Rachel.
A proud and accomplished legal secretary, Maureen was also actively involved in the communities in which she lived from Toronto, through St. Catharines/Merritton and finally Campbellford. She was particularly engaged in charity activities through the Anglican church and pursued that passion as far away as Africa.
A celebration of life is planned in Campbellford Ontario at Christ Anglican Church on March 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., with refreshments and remembrances to follow.
