BAILEY, Mary Hay ‘Mae’ … passed away at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Bailey. Loving mother of Russ & his wife Kathy, Marty and Don & his wife Leah. Proud grandmother ‘Nana’ to Patrick, Sarah, Jarrod, Kathryn, Kylie, Drew and Macey Bailey.
Mae enjoyed working as the Librarian for the Campbellford Public Library and continued working with books as a volunteer for the Library at Island Park Retirement Residence where she and Gil enjoyed many years in retirement.
Thank you to Dr. Parks and all the team at Campbellford Memorial Hospital, especially Nurse Tricia. Thank you to everyone at Island Park Retirement Home for all their care and support. A very special thank you to Bruce and Lois Ingram and Heather Milne for their kindness and support.
In keeping with Mae’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with WEAVER Life Centre – Campbellford, 77 Second St.
