Thompson, John Arthur…after his lengthy journey of illness, John passed away at Kingston General Hospital on Friday, November, 22, 2019 surrounded by his family. John of Stockdale in his 54th year, was a fun loving, hard working man who supported anyone who needed help. He leaves behind his wife Pauline of over 30 years. Devoted father to Joshua (Harley) and Jake at home. Beloved son to Donna Thompson and the late Donald also of Stockdale. Survived by his siblings; Judy (Randy) Byers of Glen Miller, Robert, Donald (Linda) both of Stockdale, Janet of Trenton and Mary (Lou) of Guelph. Lovingly remembered by mother and father in law; Dorothy & James Parker of Carrying Place. John will be remembered by his many aunts, uncles, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Weaver Life Centre, 29 Bay Street, Trenton on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral ceremony to be held on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at the Weaver Life Centre at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.
