MacDonald, Harold… Passed away at the Trenton Memorial Hospital on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Harold was the son of the late William & Christina MacDonald. He is the beloved husband for over 60 years to Beatrice MacDonald (nee Tyler). Loving dad to Sheila Cole (Randy), Sharon Lawes (Late Leroy), Helen Lockwood (Randy), Mike MacDonald (Tracey), Steve MacDonald (Shawna) and predeceased by daughter Betty Ann Pope (surviving husband Bob) and son Fred Chouinard (surviving wife Barb). Proud papa of 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Survived by his brother Albert MacDonald (Rose) and sisters Georgina Dainard and Margaret Hammond (Late Ray) and predeceased by sisters; Ethel Aitchison, Jean Grills (Late Morley), Betty Baird (late Sam) and Norma Larcombe (late Art). The family will receive friends at Weaver West, 170 Dundas Street, Trenton on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 7-9 pm and again on Friday, October 11, 2019 from 11:00 am -1:00 pm with funeral ceremony to follow at Weaver West at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Mount Evergreen Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
