Newman,Frances Elaine of Belleville passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Crown Ridge Retirement Home in her 78th year. Daughter of the late Frances and Malcolm Marshall. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years Kenneth “Scott” Newman. Dear mother to Brent, Paul and Blair Newman. Loving grandmother to Rachael, Kathleen, Brielle, Laura and Grant. Survived by brother John Marshall (Norma).
Arrangements entrusted to the Burke Funeral Home (613-968-6968), 150 Church St. Belleville. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel on Sunday, February 2nd, 2020 at 1:00 pm with visitation starting from 11:30 am until service time. In lieu of flowers donations to Crown Ridge Retirement Home would be appreciated. Special thanks to all the caregivers at Crown Ridge for the loving care of Elaine and Scott Newman.
