Barker, Eleanor “Ellie” (nee Heagle)… Peacefully passed away at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Barker. Loving mother to Pamela Weaver & her husband Brad of London, Mary Anne White & her husband Clifford of Trenton and Steven Barker & his wife Helen of Brighton. Dear grandmother to Andrew (Aimee) & Jarrod (Vanessa) Weaver, and Sheena (Wade) & Travis (Lauren) White. Proud great grandmother to Chloe, Makenzie, Emersyn, Nash, Beau, Carter, Peyton, Wyatt and Madison. Survived by her sister Mary Coughlin. Predeceased by her siblings Allan Heagle, David Heagle, June Hedger and Jeanette Fleming. Ellie will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Ellie, along with husband Charlie, owned and operated Lottie Jones Florist. She was able to touch the lives of many in the community through her work and support. Ellie was devoted to her family and her community; in particular as a member of the Lioness, Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and St. Andrew’s Presbyterian. She served as an elder for many years and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her passion for her family and her love of flowers will be remembered by all. Visitation will be held at Weaver West, 170 Dundas Street, Trenton on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral ceremony to be held at Weaver West on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 10:00 am.
