William Stuart Henry West
September 14th, 1927 – October 30th, 2022
Bill finally retired from farming and went to be with the Lord, peacefully in his sleep on October 30th, 2022 at the age of 95, in the home where he was born.
He leaves behind and will be dearly missed by his wife Sylvia and his daughter Jessica (Alex). Predeceased by his brother Jack, mother Jessie and father James.
Happy the man, whose wish and care
A few paternal acres bound,
Content to breathe, his native air,
In his own ground.
Family and friends are invited to visit at WEAVER Life Centre – Campbellford, 77 Second St. on Sunday, November 6th, 2022 from 5-8 PM and Monday, November 7th, 2022 from 10 – 11 AM. A Funeral Service will begin at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow. A Private Family Graveside Service will take place at Merrill Cemetery.
