The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario is investigating the alleged serving of alcohol at a Belleville bar to an 18-year-old man now charged with murdering two people in Mountain View.
Lisa Murray of the A-G-C-O says the commission was contacted shortly after receiving information Dean Brown of Belleville was seen drinking at Matt and Joe’s nightclub on Bell Boulevard last Thursday night.
That was just hours before a woman and her daughter were shot to death at their home on Valley Road, and another daughter was seriously wounded.
Brown is one year younger than the legal drinking age in the province.
