The provincial government has approved a budget of almost 32 million dollars for the Hastings Children’s Aid Society. That total is little changed from previous years. Meantime, the Hastings CAS will end it’s fiscal year with a balanced budget, something Executive Director Len Kennedy said he hadn’t been able to say in the 10 years he’s been with the Society.
