A Belleville business wants to see proof that the city has enough sewage capacity for developments on North front Street. Spokesman for Williams Hotels, Brad Williams, told the city’s Planning Committee last night the company has concerns because it wants to sell two severed lots on North Front. Williams pointed out the discrepancy between a report 3-years ago that indicated not enough sewer capacity in that area…and one now that says there is. The planning committee recommends City Council approve a plan to rebuild and expand the Avalon Motel, saying there is enough sewer capacity.
