The Provincial Government is investing in the Literacy Skills of workers in Prince Edward County.
M-P-P Leona Dombrowsky announced yesterday the Prince Edward Learning Centre will receive 93 thousand dollars from the Ministry fo Training, Colleges, and Universities.
The Learning Centre is leading a project… aimed at creating an entrepreneurial workshop for 15 students on social assistance… or who haven’t earned their Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
The program combines online, classroom, and hands on learning… to investigate a product students could market to the community.
