The search continues for Belleville woman, Jessica Lloyd. Our stations have received countless calls wondering about a body found in north Kingston yesterday. People were obviously concerned the body was that of Jessica, however, Kingston Police confirmed this afternoon that the body discovered in woods north of the 401 was that of an adult male. The corpse is now in Ottawa for forensic identification. Kingston police are treating the case as “suspicious”..but not a homicide.
Meanwhile, Belleville police are now asking for the public’s help in locating a 21 year old man from Flinton. Marshall Sweet has been missing since last Thursday, and was last seen on Bell Boulevard in Belleville. Police say at this time there is no connection between that case, and that of Jessica Lloyd.
