Two men have caught a suspect stealing electronics from a van in Napanee.
The O-P-P say a man noticed someone taking the goods from the vehicle yesterday, and the owner’s brother helped him tackle the thief after a chase down Robinson Road.
Twenty-seven-year-old Christopher Scanlon of Kingston was charged with theft, possession of property obtained by crime and two drug-related offences. He was released and will appear in Napanee Provincial Court on March second.
