Two Montreal men….including 36-year old Robert Moniz….will appear for bail hearings today after they were arrested in a stolen car near Belleville City Hall yesterday. Officers observed a 2006 Mercedes parked on McAnnany Street and learned it had been stolen from Montreal in November. Charged with Possession of stolen property over 5-thousand dollars are Moniz and 46 year old Luis Ferrigno.
