The Kawartha Pine Ridge School Board will soon begin working on a program to help young people considered at high risk of violence.
The board will work with local agencies, police and the Catholic School Board this spring on the community threat assessment protocol. It will be implemented in secondary schools for the first year, and may be extended to elementary schools.
