A long-time pastor at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Belleville has died.
Reverend Bernard O’Neil died today at Moira Retirement Home in Tweed. Father O’Neil had been the pastor at St. Joseph’s for 23-years before his retirement. He had been a trustee with the former Hastings and Prince Edward Catholic School Board. The funeral will be held on Monday at St. Joseph’s Church. Reverend Bernard O’Neil, dead at age 76.
