A Toronto man has been charged with threatening to hurt a Belleville woman‘s unborn baby.
City police responded yesterday to a domestic dispute in the East Hill, where a pregnant woman claimed a 22-year-old man was talking about harming the fetus and damaging some of her personal property.
The man was charged with Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a February 2009 court date.
