The Supervisor of Quinte Healthcare is slamming local print and broadcast media for presenting what he calls an unfair and unbalanced report on his potential salary. In a letter to the Mayor of Belleville, Graham Scott, says reports and commentary surrounding a possible half a million dollar yearly salary were disappointing. Scott says the job was never considered a full time one, and that he will end up being paid less than half the reported 500 thousand dollars. Scott believes such misinterpretations, as he calls them, lead the public to forget the many positives occurring at Quinte Healthcare, including a vastly improved financial status.
