Firefighters have just arrived at what’s believed to be a house fire north of Eldorado. Madoc Township firecrews responded shortly after 6-30 this morning when the call came in from an address on Old Hastings Road near Millbridge. It is a bit of a drive to the community, and the fire department needed more than a few minutes to get there. The fire is actually in Tudor and Cashel township, whose fire department was disbanded by council over a year ago.
