The former artistic and managing director of the Stirling Festival Theatre will be creating entertainment just a few miles to the south. Caroline Smith, who recently left the Stirling Theatre, will produce three professional stage shows at the Empire Theatre in Belleville next year. Empire Theatre owner, Mark Rashotte says he hopes this will be the beginning of a long term relationship with Caroline Smith.
