It was a disturbing site for motorists on Belleville’s west-side late yesterday afternoon. Sidney Street near West Moira was taped off after a car crash involving a 15-year old boy pushing a baby stroller just before 6pm. City Police say the teenager has been sent to Kingston General with serious injuries….but, fortunately the 2-year old boy in the stroller wasn’t seriously injured and was taken to BGH for observation. There’s no word yet on charges. Sidney Street was closed for much of the evening.
