Belleville City Council will get its first look at the “needs assessment” on the Quinte Sports Centre Complex at a special meeting on Monday. The city has made the expansion or renovation of the Yardmen Arena, which has served as the home of the city’s OHL franchise the Belleville Bulls since the early 1980’s, a priority in its strategic planning. Three different options will be presented and council will then have a decision to make, possibly at it’s next meeting later in November. The meeting is open to the public at City hall at 1:30 Monday afternoon.
