The City of Quinte West has already done some re structuring which has led to the reduction of some staff, however, the administration plans on putting in an ongoing system to look for more efficient ways to deliver services to local taxpayers. CAO for the City of Quinte West, Gary Dyke, says they’ve partnered with a business program at Loyalist College, and the aim will be to get staff involved in making improvements. CAO Dyke said that further downsizing of staff was not in the works as part of the efficiencies program.
