No success for Belleville Police in their search for four car breakin suspects.
Officers responded at 9-30 last night after a woman noticed someone inside her vehicle on Cedar Street.
The suspect, chased by the resident, ran north toward Henry Street, dropping stolen items along the way, and police searched the area, but no one was found.
Police say three people tried to break into a car on Latchford Street in Cannifton shortly before three o’clock this morning. A neighbour ran after the trio, who headed toward Black Diamond Road, and officers checked the vicinity, but with no results.
