A Belleville man arrested in a prostitution sting in the downtown area will have to meet certain standards of behaviour for the next year.
Forty-year-old John Young entered into a 12-month peace bond at his pretrial in Belleville Provincial Court yesterday, and a charge of communicating for the purpose of prostitution was withdrawn.
He and 42-year-old Marie Rouleau of Belleville were both arrested by City Police on Pinnacle Street after an incident on August 16th.
The peace bond contains a number of conditions Young must meet. Rouleau will be in court on November 25th for a pretrial on the same charge.
