The Mayor of Trent Hills is wondering what is causing the delay in getting H-1-N-1 vaccination clinics going in Northumberland County.
Only one clinic has been held, that in Cobourg, last week, and there isn’t one planned for Trent Hills until this Saturday, in Campellford..
Mayor Hector MacMillan says he can’t understand why the Health Unit isn’t scheduling more clinics, since it has had the vaccine for over a week.
He says Campbellford Memorial Hospital hasn’t even received enough vaccine to immunize even half of it’s staff. A clinic for hisk priority residents is being held at the Strathcona Paper Centre in Napanee until seven o’clock tonight.
