The City launched its “toys for tickets” program yesterday, the second straight year the initiative has been held.
Anyone who gets a ticket this month can take a new toy of equal or greater value than the ticket to Quinte West City Hall or the municipal office in Frankford.
Tht toys will be donated to the Kinsmen Toy Drive for children in Quinte West.
