Lottery tickets were the target of thieves at the Foxboro Foodland. Belleville City Police say the store owner found an abandoned Dodge Caravan still running in the parking lot early yesterday morning, and the building’s front door window smashed.
Officers searched the store, but the suspects had already fled with a box of lottery tickets.
The abandoned vehicle had been stolen from a home on Tracey Park Drive in Belleville on Wednesday night.
