A trial will be held next year for a Trenton man charged in connection with a fatal boating accident.
The March trial date in Superior Court for 31-year-old Cy Williams was set in Belleville Provincial Court last Friday.
He was charged with alcohol-related offences by Quinte West O-P-P after 44-year-old William Lyver of Trenton was killed on July fifth, 2008.
Lyver died when a boat he was on struck a cement abutment in the Trent River a few metres north of the MacDonald bridge.
