A judge is expected to make a ruling as to what is admissible during the Cobourg trial of a boy charged with first degree murder in the death of a Warkworth woman.
Thirty-three-year-old Michelle Barnoski was killed in June of last year, and the 16-year-old youth and 35-year-old Marc Vickers are charged.
Justice Alex Sosna will provide his rulings tomorrow, after a week of reviewing the potential evidence given last week, and jury selection begins on Monday, with the trial immediately afterward.
Vickers will also appear in court tomorrow to have a date set for his pretrial.
