There won’t be fire safety information only when the Tweed fire department holds two open houses tomorrow.
Chief Don Barnett says the Hasting County E-M-S crew will make a presentation on using defibrillators, which are now posted in the municipality’s community centres and halls..
Two grade six classes are also going to put out small set fires with fire extinguishers as part of the open house, celebrating fire prevention week.
The open houses are scheduled from 2 until four and seven until 8-30, with an extrication demonstration at the evening session.
