A woman has been arrested for actions that frightened a handicapped man in Quinte West.
The O-P-P responded late Friday night to several calls from the 45-year-old man in a home on Old Highway Two in Sidney.
Officers found no-one each time they checked, but left the scene, and walked back, spotting a woman removing outside lights and a 23-year-old man who had thrown eggs.
The 38-year-old woman was arrested and spent the rest of the night in the Quinte West O-P-P cells.
