Another delay in setting a judicial pretrial date for the Warkworth man accused of murdering Michelle Barnoski.
Thirty-five-year-old Marc Vickers returned to Cobourg Superior Court yesterday, after two previous appearances in July and August to schedule a date, but the matter was put off again.
The counsel for the defence says his concern is the pretrial and subsequent trial follow Vicker’s co-accused, a 15-year-old boy.
Both were arrested by Northumberland O-P-P in June of last year, two weeks after Barnoski was reported missing. Vickers will return to court on October 14th, and the youth is in court on October fifth..
