A man from the Nickel City faces charges in the Friendly City after police stopped a suspected impaired driver. The 42-year old Sudbury man blew a warn on the roadside screening device on Church Street, and his car was seized for 3-days. Officers also discovered a quantity of marijuana in the vehicle. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
