Police from across the country are descending on Belleville this week. Police Service Board chair Councillor Bob Dolan told Council last night “not to worry he didn’t hire them all.” The 150-officers are in the city to attend a conference on “Criminal Extremism- Hate on Demand, sponsored by the local police service, with lecturers from across Canada.
