It’ll soon be a more comfortable workout experience at the YMCA in Belleville. but, for today all programs are cancelled. Executive Director of the “Y” David Allen says the power is out while a new transformer is installed…and as of tomorrow morning the facility will have air-conditioning in he entire building and improvements to the pool. Allen says the project has taken a little longer than expected because of the age of the building and some unexpected infrastructure problems.
