Two teens are facing charges after running from their Youth Custody staff worker at a Belleville business. City Police were called, early last evening, when the employee reported the pair had walked off while at a north end business. Just before midnight, officers located the two youths at an east end residence. A 15 year old from Belleville and a 17 year old from Kingston are being charged with Escaping Lawful Custody. They’re being held for a Bail Hearing today.
