There’ll be lots of tinsel and lights in Belleville’s market square area this Christmas season. Last night City Council approved plan to put the holiday season display in the area…including an upgraded Foster Christmas display formerly at the Tom Gavey park. The decorations will be in the various areas of city hall, market square, Memorial Arena and the Transit building. The city put 75-thousand dollars in this year’s budget to tender for a civic holiday display.
