Belleville Police say a cyclist, that was apparently struck by a vehicle on Dundas Street East around 10 last night, refused treatment at B-G-H and walked out.
Police say the man was taken to hospital by ambulance after crews believed his injuries were serious.
An hour later, he was gone from hospital.
