Police say alcohol was a factor in an incident in east-end Belleville in which a man was busting his own stuff. Police responded to a Pine Street address, just before 10 last night, and found a 41-year old man who was causing damage to his shed and power tools. He was arrested for breaching the peace and was held in police custody over night.
