Movie lovers in Belleville will soon experience an even better view. Cineplex Odeon near Quinte Mall plans to renovate the eight theatres and install stadium seating at a cost of 1.5-million dollars. That project….and, a four unit townhouse being built by Victoria Hill Properties near Meyer’s Pier on South Church Street pushed building activity in Belleville last month to 5.7 million dollars….that’s over 200-thousand dollars more than July last year.
