Operators of the Canada Talc mine in Marmora are facing nearly a dozen charges in connection with the death of a 22-year old employee at the facility last summer. The Regional Coroner’s office says Rogers died of asphyxiation in the incident 200-meters below ground. He was filling a skip with material when it began to slide on its own and engulfed him.
