The new Sills Wing at Belleville General Hospital is about eight months away from opening….and the hospital Foundation is getting ready to hand over its cheque to help pay for it. B-G-H Foundation president Ross McDougal says it’s “very gratifying” to see it happen. He says many people in the community have been working for many years to make this happen. The Foundation will contribute 16-million dollars toward the Sills Wing which is Phase One of the hospital expansion.
