Prince Edward County’s Planning Committee wants more information and an updated strategy for the Wellington area before deciding yea or nay to a large residential/golf course development.
Yesterday(Wednesday), the committee deferred any decision on an official plan amendment to allow an almost 400 unit sub-division, plus 18 hole golf course, on 260 acres on the east and west sides of Belleville street in Wellington.
